The new AI support instantly answers user questions based on the entire platform help content, including sections for investors, traders, project administrators, and system administrators.

The AI uses a vector knowledge base created from HTML versions of all articles, including text, images, and structure. This enables generating answers that include examples, screenshots, and step-by-step instructions directly in HTML format.

All documentation has been revised and structured by roles, including:
