May 27, 2025 — The team of the CopyTrader.pw project is pleased to announce the completion of an important development stage of the platform: the detailed interactive help system has been finalized, and automated AI support based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) has been implemented.

🧠 AI-based support

The new AI support allows instant answers to user questions by relying on the full content of the platform's help section, including sections for investors, traders, project administrators, and system administrators.

The AI uses a vector knowledge base created from HTML versions of all articles, including text, images, and structure. This enables it to generate responses that include examples, screenshots, and step-by-step instructions directly in HTML format.

📚 Complete help — now always at hand

All documentation has been revised and structured by roles, including:

  • 📈 Investors — instructions on subscriptions, trade management, and analytics;
  • 🧠 Traders — signal publishing, coin list management, sync and security settings;
  • 🛠 Project administrators — billing setup, branding, and user policies;
  • ⚙️ System administrators — system configuration and integration control;

Each article is accompanied by illustrations, interface explanations, and is formatted compatible with the tinyMCE visual editor.
