May 27, 2025 — The CopyTrader.pw project team is pleased to announce the completion of an important development phase of the platform: the detailed interactive help system is now complete, and automated AI support based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) has been implemented.

🧠 AI-based support

The new AI support enables instant responses to user questions, relying on the full content of the platform's help system, including sections for investors, traders, project administrators, and system administrators.

The AI uses a vector knowledge base created from the HTML versions of all articles, including text, images, and structure. This allows generating answers that include examples, screenshots, and step-by-step instructions directly in HTML format.

📚 Complete help — now always at hand

All documentation has been revised and structured by roles, including:

  • 📈 Investors — instructions on subscriptions, trade management, and analytics;
  • 🧠 Traders — publishing signals, managing coin lists, synchronization and security settings;
  • 🛠 Project administrators — billing setup, branding, and user policy;
  • ⚙️ System administrators — system configuration and integration control;

Each article is provided with illustrations, interface explanations, and is formatted compatibly with the tinyMCE visual editor.
